On Her Own Two Feet

The last couple of days, Kambree has been practicing standing, well last night she stood up against the couch and just stood there watching everyone. She even let go with one hand for a second or two. I just can't believe it. She is going to be walking way too soon.

I'm always a little sad each time one of my children reach a milestone. I find myself missing all those little moments, and wishing
they could just stay little. It seems like time is just slipping away from me some days, and I am powerless to stop it. Each night we go to sleep and each morning I awake to three beautiful, but older kids. I don't know what I will do when I wake up to an empty house--no more cries for mom in the middle of the night (surprisingly one of my favorite sounds), no more Love you's, no more kisses and hugs before bed. I suppose I'm getting a little dramatic about the whole situation. I mean, they are still only babies--for now.

Holy Cow! I can't believe how quick this girl is learning things! Xander is kind of moving. He will pull himself across the floor, it's pretty funny to watch. I bet Kambree walks before Xander even crawls. O well.
I too am saddened at how quick kids grow up. It's way too fast.

By the way...love the spice girls!

I just had to laugh at the comment 'dennis family' left you, Jen :) All of my friends who have kids say they love it, but none of them act like it as much as you do!! I'm not sayin' they don't love being moms, but you are crazy about your kids..and that is so awesome! Love ya, darlin':)

AWW...Jen! You remind me how much fun it is to be a mom, and how quick they grow up. Kameron is three! Which is crazy I had him that long ago and now I'm about to have another one-I'm psychin myself up to relax and have fun being a mom this time around because with Kameron I didn't. Love ya girl! Thanks for the sweet reminder that being a mom is awesome:)
