Life on East 8

As I am wrapping up the last few hours of my third shift, I have decided that I need to send a big SHOUT OUT to my AMAZING patients this week!!! Every shift that I spend here on East 8 I am reminded of how the human spirit can triumph in the face of adversity. I am convinced that each and every patient that I meet and care for has a lesson to teach me. Every patient seems to hold a special place in my heart--momories, laughter, and even tears. I am a better person and gain so much strength from being here.

I love your blog. Your kids are darling. I made mine private a few months ago, since I'm checking yours out, it's only fair to invite you to mine. It's fun to keep up with everyone through blogging. I love seeing the kids.
